Long time never post le..How was life for me?? Quite okay... About Parkour, whole body become more more lazy to condition. Doing pull ups, in the past, always make an effort to do 10. But now, did 5 and decided to stop. Trainings? Quite okay... just that need to drill more and get the right Technique for my sdc and get the right running form as it looks GAY. A lot of things have to be amended.
About school?? next year sec4 with N-Levels at 3/4 of the year. Gotta work dam hard and cut short trainings. Thank god that my school have fitness corner. During recess would go condition awhile. Hope Napha will be in Feb or March. Pull ups would be no kick, unless that I bail or something which hurts my arm... Gold would be good enough. Anyway, tomorrow gotta train hard so gotta end here now.
